and

Hotel Contract Negotiation Tips

Whether you are an Administrative Professional, Executive Secretary, Office Assistant, or a Meeting Planner, if you need help selecting a hotel or negotiating a hotel contract for your next important meeting or event, you'll gain necessary insight by attending this program.  Jamie Cowling will highlight specific hotel contract sample clauses and other tips that will help to ensure a successful event from an "onsite success plan" point of view.  Jamie will discuss a list of suggested concessions that can be requested from a hotel.  Potential concessions include discounted or free internet access for guests, discounted or free parking, room upgrades for VIPs at the group rate, complimentary rooms, discounts on A/V services, rebates and MUCH more!

 

We will also hold the Annual A.N. Palmer Chapter meeting and will be installing the 2009-2010 chapter officers.  Please plan to join us in June!

 

One recertification point has been approved for this program from IAAP Headquarters.
